Inspiration and true soul sister, Cathy Heller, joins the show for an incredibly awakening conversation. She's the host of the popular podcast Don't Keep Your Day Job, which was given the #1 spot on iTunes recommend list of shows for the New Year in 2018 and 2019.
Each week Cathy encourages thousands and thousands of listeners to find more purpose in their life and get paid to do what they love full time. She started as a singer-songwriter and first found success licensing her music to TV, Film, and Ads. Quickly she became a stand out in her field and was featured in magazines like Billboard, Variety, and the LA Weekly.
After making a multi six-figure living with her music, Cathy started a music agency, and then she began teaching other artists to grow their own careers.
Two weeks after her third daughter was born, she started her top-ranked podcast. Cathy's show has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, HuffPost, the NY Times, and Inc Magazine's "top 9 podcasts", and has over 7 million downloads. She's been featured several times by Apple themselves, and the fans are resonating with how genuine she is.
Throughout the show, she has interviewed creative entrepreneurs like actress Jenna Fischer, popular blogger Seth Godin, designer Jonathan Adler, make-up artist Bobbi Brown, dancer Mandy Moore, fashionista Tamara Mellon, novelist Emily Giffin, fitness expert Jillian Michaels, Starbucks's Howard Schultz, and Gretchen Rubin to name a few.
She is a phenomenal coach for creative entrepreneurs and she's helping people everywhere find a deeper sense of purpose and add their gifts to the world. When she's not teaching or interviewing amazing guests for her podcast, you can find Cathy playing with her three little girls, writing her book, songwriting for tv shows and commercials, or enjoying a moment with friends.
In this episode, Cathy dives deep into her inner-child work and connects the dots on her story. We talk about releasing ourselves from the pain that we've carried for way too long. Plus, we speak about living into our purpose to the best of our ability, all while navigating our own version of the hero's journey.

Celebrity holistic health coach, internationally recognized yoga teacher, author, and speaker Koya Webb joins me for a soul-defining conversation. Koya's core mission is to promote daily self-care, oneness and eco-friendly living to combat some of the world's biggest challenges including mental health, social injustices and global warming.
Koya is the founder of Get Loved Up, an international lifestyle community and Yoga School that inspires mental, spiritual and physical health through an app, online courses, retreats, in-person yoga teacher training events and the Get Loved Up Podcast.
She is the author of LET YOUR FEARS MAKE YOU FIERCE: How to Turn Common Obstacles into Seeds for Growth, which addresses daily self-assessment and mindfulness, understanding how to make fear your friend, and using the power of holistic health to heal โ all messages she promotes to her devout Instagram following of over one million followers.
As a former competitive track and field athlete training for the Olympics, Koya first got introduced to yoga after a debilitating track injury. Once recognizing the physical and mental benefits of yoga, she shifted her focus to yoga, personal training, and life coaching -- combining the work ethic of an athlete with practical holistic health practices that anyone can follow to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
Through Get Loved Up, Koya aims to dramatically decrease the number of people who suffer with chronic diseases associated with an unhealthy diet and lifestyle through daily self-care, plant-based nutrition and eco-friendly living. The Get Loved Up app features various yoga flows, sculpting workouts and meditations, along with vegan recipes, progress charts and a community board to help users achieve and maintain their wellness goals.
In this episode, Koya speaks about how fear is simply feedback and why self-love is the most significant act we do for ourselves. It is once we fully love ourselves that we are able to help others, and then go on to impact the world. And that when we get under the belly of fear, we understand that it is simply giving us information on where we need to pivot. Plus, Koya shares how her beautiful journey has led to living her dreams.

What does it mean to love others as you love yourself?
My good friend, Adrea Peters, recently published her book, Becoming Truitt Skye: The City on the Sea, and a voicemail from Adrea inspires this episode.
Her voicemail brought forth the thought that we cannot unconditionally love others if we don't unconditionally love ourselves. This idea is a growth zone for so many of us. The love that we give to ourselves is a reflection of the love we are capable of extending.
In this solo episode, I share the questions I ask myself, and I offer them as an invitation for you to do the same.
