How do you define success?
In today's Focus Friday, I am talking about new measures of success for 2020. Yes, money is part of the equation; it's just not number one for us.
This week's episode is about exploring the question, what does success really mean? No two people will say the same thing. Plus, I'm extending the invitation to allow yourself the space to get clear on what success in 2020 looks like for you, not just for in your business, but (more importantly) for that one sweet life you get to live.

As 2019 is nearing its close, it's easy to look back over all the things we "didn't" get to, or "didn't" accomplish. What I've realized over the last 12 months is that so many of us live from a place of constant doing, and still somehow we feel like we didn't get it all done.
In this week's Focus Friday, I am inviting you to look closer at the dream that's in your heart, and focus in on what it's actually asking you to do, and most importantly, how it's asking you to be.
2020 is the year of breaking long-held patterns that are holding us back from living our lives and experiencing ourselves to the fullest capacity- and in this episode, I am sharing one way in which I have found to do just that.

Is it possible to be in the spotlight AND still be true to yourself? Today's guest has built her career showing us that it is.
Marianne Cantwell is the author of the international bestseller Be A Free Range Human (translated into 6 languages and features everywhere from Business Week, The Guardian and on BBC World). An expert on creating a free range career and a successful work-life that fits your personality and the life you want.
Thousands have done her courses on finding your thing (and making it work as you). Her TEDx Talk The Hidden Power Of Not (Always) Fitting In has been viewed close to half a million times and listed on Entrepreneur.com as one of the Top 10 TED Talks to overcome the fear of failure.
She lives and works in several countries (often between London and NYC or sunny California), and carries her business in an unexpectedly tiny laptop.
In this episode, Marianne dives deep into her story. She explains the depressive spiral she encountered after becoming an author and talks about harnessing the courage to end a six-figure membership program. Plus, Marianne describes how to look at our lives with evidence and why being highly-sensitive is (actually) a superpower.

In today's episode, I am sharing a mini-coaching session with you through my 4-part process to help you connect even deeper in to understanding your past and integrating it with your biggest vision for your life.
I addressed the importance of making peace with our pain head-on in order to transcend the stories that hold us in bondage.
And I also share a story of a conversation with a loved one that changed my life. I uncovered how standing in our TRUTH changes things and the notion that people pleasing is equivalent to lying to the people that we love.
Yet, the problem that most of us face, however, is that we've had so many examples of moments in which we have spoken our truth and the people we love left us or refused to accept us.
In the story I share today, this actually didn't happen(!!) and the learning that I received as a result was a total game changer that is perfectly poised to support you during this Thanksgiving week here in the US.

Have you ever found yourself worrying so much about the outcome that you can't just enjoy the journey?
In this week's Focus Friday I'm looking back at this time last year when I was right in the middle of my home expansion project- one that felt way harder than I ever anticipated it would.
A year later, I've had some massive realizations about the patterning and programming that often leaves us feeling anxious and worried, and the ways in which we can reframe and let go of the worry- so we can lean into and be present with the joy.
