Dan is a husband, dad, career long marketer and recently founded ice bath company @BrassMonkeyIce in 2020. Sophie Hellyer (@sophiehellyer) is a breath, yoga and swim coach, who became a national champion surfer and model in her late teens. Over the years she has campaigned for diversity in surfing and become a prominent spokesperson on ocean pollution, sustainability and ethical fashion.

In 2005, Sophie got sewage in her lung whilst surfing, this led to over a month in hospital and a life saving lung operation. Since then, Sophie has become passionate about the breath and sharing a deeper scientific understanding of how the breath impacts our physiology. In 2015, Sophie created the movement #RiseFierce which uses cold water swimming and kinship to empower women.

Danni Pomplun (@dannipomplun) is an E-RYT 500 Teacher and fearless owner of Haum SF, a LGBTQ+ owned Yoga Studio in San Francisco, CA.  He was born in the essence of inclusivity and with inspiration to create a safe space for you to be as you are in all your humanness.
