Cuz let’ s be real, YOU CANNOT LEARN to have a HIGHER STRESS THRESHOLD if you AREN’t STRESSED out having to FIND A WAY to MANAGE IT right? 

Or…”How can this GRIND season where you have NO PROOF it will work out the way you want it to STILL teach you something?” 

We also dive into boundaries because MOST of the TIME WE DON’T LEARN HOW TO SET BETTER BOUNDARIES, unless LIFE forces us too right? 

& of course we talk about  how to RE-FRAME negative external events into EPIC opportunities that help you LEVEL UP since I know that’s your jam!!
