Here in the US we just celebrated Memorial Day Weekend a time to honor all the military who lost their lives serving our country and it also symbolizes the start of beach season. So how did your holiday weekend go…and if you didn’t have a holiday weekend. How was the weekend??
I know it can be really challenging when the holiday weekends kick off all the BBQ’s and boardwalk eating. And you are probably one of those people that think you can’t possibly lose weight over the summer so why bother even starting. There is way too many temping foods and you do not want to feel restricted in the summer months.
