I'm pretty sure we all want to make sure our businesses are culturally sensitive but it can feel a little overwhelming.

Today I'm talking to designer and LinkedIn author, Nicte Cuevas, who I've been eager to record an episode with ever since we met last year in LA and discovered our shared passion for design, branding, and our Colombian heritage.
