I'm pretty sure we all want to make sure our businesses are culturally sensitive but it can feel a little overwhelming. 

Today I'm talking to designer and LinkedIn author, Nicte Cuevas, who I've been eager to record an episode with ever since we met last year in LA and discovered our shared passion for design, branding, and our Colombian heritage.

We dive into ensuring our branding is inclusive and talk about how to create branding that is culturally sensitive and inclusive.
