In today’s episode I am sharing my top 5 tips for how to set yourself up for SUCCESS to CRUSH your day before 9am. Because I am all about ACTION here, it’s important for me that I give you actual TOOLS that you can implement TODAY. I believe that you can change your entire day, your mood & the way you handle negativity by starting your day with positivity & movement.
#1: I am PROACTIVE the night before about having a good day & I do NOT hit SNOOZE.
#2: While I am BRUSHING my TEETH I ACKNOWLEDGE my OWN SELF CONFIRMING BIAS & use it to SERVE ME.
#3: I exercise before I start my DAY because post-workout ENDORPHINS are LIFE.
#4: I CELEBRATE every single SMALL WIN & give myself SMALL goals for more celebration OPPORTUNITY.
#5: I LIFT SOMEONE ELSE UP every single DAY.
And I think, that if you do 1, 2 or maybe all 5 of those things, that you are guaranteed to be PUMPED UP before 9am.
