It is easy to get caught up in single motherhood and put the needs of others before your own, but this can lead to burnout, resentment and overwhelm. This week, Michelle Dempsey-Multack invited Eykiena (Keena) Crowley to Moms Moving On to share her own experience with single motherhood and how she learned to put herself first when needed. Michelle and Keena will take a deep dive into:
Eykiena Crowley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker turned Divorce Recovery Coach. This former Trauma Therapist, and highly decorated combat veteran medically retired from the Army after sustaining an injury in Iraq. As a master in inspiring audiences to have the fortitude to overcome life’s challenges and mother of a daughter and son, she has had a multitude of obstacles to conquer.
As a mother of a son with Autism and a divorcee, she is familiar with the mindset of a woman who wants more but doesn’t know how to get to it or doesn’t know what it even looks like. But one thing she is very aware of after her experiences of:
Is that there is a brighter life after divorce if one would be resilient and become exceptionally focused, you can have the life you desire and deserve.
From her one-on-one coaching, group training events and online seminars, she has helped thousands significantly shift their lives.
Her core belief is “You have the power to manifest more than you realize!”
