How to Overcome Infidelity, Even in the Public Eye; with Moving On Method Certified Coach Caitlin Nugent

Listen Later

Infidelity can be one of the hardest things to overcome, especially when children are involved. This week Michelle Dempsey-Multack is joined by Moving On Method Certified Coach Caitlin Nugent. Caitlin personally went through a very public divorce that involved infidelity. Despite being blindsided by this affair, Caitlin was focused on protecting her children and trying to co-parent them to the best of her ability. Michelle and Caitlin will cover:

  • Working through the emotions of infidelity while raising young children
  • Processing all of the feelings that come over you when you find out your partner is having an affair
  • Protecting children in a public divorce
  • AND MUCH MORE!

  • Caitlin Nugent is a dedicated certified divorce and co-parenting coach (MOMCC, CDS), committed to guiding individuals through the complex journey of divorce. With a deep understanding of both the emotional and logistical challenges involved, Caitlin helps her clients focus on rebuilding their lives and creating a stable environment for their children.

Specializing in managing the aftermath of infidelity, effective co-parenting strategies, setting boundaries with high-conflict exes, and blending families seamlessly, Caitlin offers guidance tailored to each unique situation. As a child of divorce, and a mother of three who has been divorced since 2018, Caitlin brings a wealth of personal experience to her coaching practice. Her firsthand understanding of the process, combined with her professional expertise, allows her to help fill a crucial gap in support services in the divorce process.

Caitlin’s mission is to empower her clients with the tools and insights they need to navigate this challenging transition and move forward with confidence and dignity.
