The adventure continues this week with Chris Dorje Walker, a mentor, a qualified western psychology practitioner, eastern chi gong, buddhist and meditation specialist and spiritual guide too. Joining Jonny today, Chris shares vital skills for surviving modern living and anecdotes from his personal 5 year journey living in a Buddhist monastery as well as his deep travels into remote parts of India and Bhutan.  He has had his own challenges and I am sure that this along with his humility and his gift really helps him connect.
