Real Love is a boundless energy. Sending Loving thoughts toward another human is never an energy drain. Ever.

Forget the notion that we could feel "too Loving."

Remember: Love and Compassion look insane to the ego. Our modern culture itself is an egoic structure (us vs. them, gain vs. give). Everywhere we turn, we're given the messaging that the more judgmental we are, the stronger we become. That is false.

May we all be full of Loving Kindness. May we all be so blessed.
