Brian talks with Josh Bacon, a self-professed former screw up who found his calling at age 21 while working with disadvantaged youth.  Josh grew into a career in higher education that ended with becoming the Dean of Students at James Madison University. 

Following his retirement, Josh once again felt called to served and became a police officer.
