Carlos A. Flores is a doctoral candidate pursuing a PhD in Counseling at Montclair State University where he specializes in multicultural education, social justice advocacy, and career development. Carlos's research focuses on the intersection of Latino/a/x and LGBTQ identity, multicultural training & education, and social justice best practices.
