Over the years, there has been an increase in social movements regarding race, sex, gender and our bodies (especially femme bodies) are no exception.

So on this episode, Chid invites Plus Size Fashion Content Creator and Thought Leader, Estelle Ntusi to dissect and analyze the terms "body positivity" and "body neutrality" to better understand how this relates to the ways they view their bodies. They also discuss what it means to be in tune with our bodies and to have a healthy relationship with their bodies.

Estelle also shares her experiences navigating the fashion space as a plus size content creator, the barriers as well as the ways in which she has carved out safe spaces for herself on and offline.
