But in a little bit DIFFERENT way because typically we can all understand it’s NOT HELPFUL or PRODUCTIVE to compare ourselves to other people, our behind the scenes to somebody else’s carefully curated content and highlight reels on Instagram….

& I have talked about comparison on a lot of episodes of this podcast— 

But what I actually wanted to talk about today is  something that I think sometimes we FORGET….The NEGATIVE impact that can come from comparing YOURSELF today, to a DIFFERENT version of YOU when you were in a different SEASON or STAGE of life.
