If you’re in the habit of beating yourself up after a setback, there are invisible barriers in your mind that are undermining your willpower, integrity and motivation, and keeping you stuck in a cycle of self-defeat.

 

But it’s one thing to see the black and white, perfectionistic thought patterns that fuel self-sabotage. It’s quite another to actually change the way you think.
