It's much easier to point out when someone else makes a mistake or is acting out of character than it is to check yourself. In today's episode, I talk about holding ourselves accountable and checking ourselves when we're not being the best that we can be. It's important to take a step back and look at how we're behaving and how we're treating others. It's not enough to talk about how good of a person you are; you also need to show up as her. Actions speak louder than words.
