Wow, what can we say about this episode! We loved chatting to Jo, she is one of the most awesome girls we have had on the podcast. Not only that, she is rapid!

Jo is causing a storm down in Australia, at only 22 years old she has just posted the forth fastest time ever in the pro female race with an incredible 1hr 52 seconds. Then, 2 days after recording this episode she went and beat her PB in Perth and got a 1hr 46 seconds!

Jo is going to been to watch as she has qualified for all the majors this year and we cannot wait to see her race. This episode is an incredibly insightful chat and it will inspire you to get out there and do it!
