We met Kat in the start tunnel of Hyrox Melbourne, full of enthusiasm she has thrown herself into the world of Hyrox and is absolutely killing it!

After 10 races with 8 first place finishes, one second place finish and a 9th place finish at World Championships in Nice in her age group, Kat told us how she wanted to inspire more everyday and older athletes to compete in Hyrox.
