Kate is a guest we have been so excited to get on the show. We finally made it happen and it is such an awesome episode.

In between training and an appointment with a hyperbaric chamber we managed to cover life as an athlete, mum and PT to some of the world's top golfers.

How Kate improved her running when she doubled down and focussed on running specifically. Changing her mindset and believing she can, seeing results from knowing she belonged at the top of the sport. How training works for Kate as an individual, being part of 'The Hybrid Engine' and working on her weaknesses to make them strengths.
