Kierra Campbell blew me away with her honesty in this episode. She really is what dream guests are made of; honest, willing to go to uncomfortable, sometimes difficult places, but always keen to make sure listeners have a great time and hopefully come away with something useful for their time spent with us.

Kierra is one half of interior design duo Poodle & Blonde and we meet her when she's poised to make some serious changes in her life and though it's a lot of change at once, she's seeing it as a sign that she's ready for growth and new adventures. It's a refreshing and reassuring attitude and one I intend to emulate next time I feel overwhelmed.
