德國的租屋制度非常完善，不但租金穩定，法律也嚴格保護租客權益，房東更不能隨意漲租金或趕人走。在柏林，甚至只有大約15%的人擁有自己的房子，其他人一輩子都租屋也很安心！
In Germany, even wealthy people don’t always want to buy a house!
The rental system there is super solid—rents are stable, and the law gives renters strong protection. Landlords aren’t allowed to raise rent or kick tenants out without a good reason.
In Berlin, only around 15% of people actually own their homes. Most people rent for life—and feel totally comfortable with it!
2. 新加坡在2025年年中開始實施的一項新計劃，單身人士在申請「預購組屋（BTO）」時，若在父母附近或與父母一起購買房屋，將可獲得優先權。而優先購買權只保留給已婚夫婦及其父母。此舉旨在加強家庭之間的世代支持。
Singapore has just introduced a thoughtful new housing policy!
Starting in mid-2025, single individuals who purchase a BTO flat near their parents—or choose to live with them—will receive priority in the application process.
Previously, this priority was reserved only for married couples and their parents.
Now, Singapore is essentially saying, “If you stay close to Mom and Dad, we’ve got your back.” It’s all about fostering stronger family bonds across generations.
