Silence Only Benefits the Abuser! In this episode Tessa is opening up about her experience with sexual abuse as a child and as an adult. She shares steps she has taken to help her heal this betrayal wound and we also talk about how most women have been sexually abused in one way or another, but might think it was their fault for various reasons.
