I wanted to preface this podcast with an important disclaimer. I am addressing the way in which individuals communicate with one another during these difficult times through social media and other online platforms. As mentioned in the podcast, I have witnessed a lot of poor, hurtful, or unhealthy forms of communication through various online platforms. Although the communication on my personal channel and associated platforms has been positive, I wanted to address some of the climate overall online.The amount of pain and suffering being experienced by so many at this time is evident, and I wanted to advocate for effectively communicating through these times in a way that moves towards a solution rather than a problem. Please understand that I am in no way minimizing the weight, importance, and need for the conversations that are occurring at this time. What I am advocating for, however, is moving into a place of understanding and respect when communicating with others and working towards a solution rather than spreading negativity.Please know that I want to support the challenges that many of you are facing at this time, and will continue to advocate for openness, kindness, and positive change.
