Coach McDaniel is the Director of Sports Performance at the Webb School of Knoxville. She also presented on Speed Development last year at the NHSSCA National Conference. Prior to that Coach McDaniel was an Assistant
 Basketball, Track and Cross-Country Coach at Ensworth School and worked at Orangetheory fitness in her spare time. McDaniel was a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Carson-Newman University, Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 Sports Training, and an intern at the University of Georgia. Coach McDaniel has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Middle Tennessee State and a Strength and Conditioning MBA from Carson- Newman. McDaniel has a CSCS, USAW 1 and NHSSCC certifications.
