Episode 29: Life is rigged in your favor

I honestly believe, to my core, that today’s topic is one of the biggest reasons that I feel really happy and excited a majority of each day, which is why I am SO excited that you are here today as we chat about how life is RIGGED in our FAVOR. Having the ability to manage your mindset is CRUCIAL to how you handle everyday situations & how you let things that are typically totally out of your control affect your mood & happiness. I think that this concept that I have used to serve myself in a massive way, might really serve YOU too, even in those annoying situations. And of course, I’m here to give you TANGIBLE action steps for getting out of that negative headspace when something doesn’t go how you had hoped or planned:

1. Start with the little things each day & decide that life is rigged in your favor. Ask yourself how this can serve you & what evidence is there to PROVE it?

2. Looking backwards at the big things that you may have written off as something bad & realizing that something positive DID come out of it.
