I pitched renowned US based fine artist, illustrator and author Lisa Congdon earlier in the year and was so suprised when she said yes. Lisa is someone I've followed for almost a decade and have admired her approach to business so much I was desperate to talk to her about it. 

Lisa started her business in her 40s and we discussed her creative journey, the imposter syndrome that came with it and the (unexpected) benefits of starting a business later in life.
