Today is an especially hilarious episode with human design reader Jasmine Kenna. We go deep on the Human Design manifesting generator energy type. We compare our very different energetic realities with my energetic type being a projector. She shares about subliminal audios that she creates to rewrite new beliefs in the brain. Her work is THE definition of manifestation. She shares about the realities of parenting using human design as she has her own design experiment going on with a manifestor, projector, and generator under her roof. This conversation is hilarious and flowed so naturally.

Today we tap into the Akash with Erin Panzarella. She is a space holder for women on a spiritual healing journey. Her offerings focus on connecting people to their natural state of flow, intuition + spirit guides through different modalities including the akashic records, human design, energy healing, emotional freedom technique, and more. We chat about her own healing journey and what it feels like to access the Akash. She shares about being a manifesting generator in human design with a strong need to try new things out to continue to evolve. We finish the convo talking about the big difference between the spirit world and earthly needs. I had a blast talking with Erin and I found it so refreshing that she is always morphing and shifting. Listen to the episode for a dose of spiritual connection.

In today’s episode, we get to enjoy some live processing with digital content creator and breathwork facilitator Antoine Bilodeau Bordeleau. We chat about how he processes past trauma and uses breathwork to let his body do the processing. Of course, we talk about attachment theory and he shares about how his healing journey began by healing his dismissive-avoidant attachment style. While we covered some heavy topics we kept it light and fun. And I love how he encourages us to get out of our heads and into our bodies. I had SO much fun chatting and learning from him.

Today I share about the new focus of the Lit AF podcast. It’s a new lens to bring you the same spiritual and personal growth content but with the focus on healing the fearful-avoidant attachment style. I myself am a recovering fearful-avoidant aka disorganized attachment. This attachment style usually suffered from abuse, neglect, and/or trauma during childhood. We are the most vulnerable population and we need the most help. I have talked about my fearful-avoidant attachment style in many past episodes. It has been and continues to be the most useful tool in my healing journey. I’m excited to focus future conversations with guests on important topics for the fearful-avoidant like cultivating trust, processing guilt and shame, and overcoming codependency. It is my honor to bring your free resources to live a confident, secure, and Lit AF life. I love you so much and thanks for being here. Mwah!

On today’s episode the hosts of the Almost 30 podcast, Lindsey Simcik and Krista Williams join me to talk about female friendships and spirituality. As expected, its a super fun convo. They share about how they met, the work they do to keep their friendship strong, and how they are managing their current long distant relationship. They both share about traumatic experiences they had with female friends growing up and how they have healed together.. They also share resources and tools they both used to heal these wounds which includes therapy, inner child work, and much more. We then finish the convo talking about their individual spiritual journeys and their favorite tool to heal trauma.

I’m talking about all things cycle syncing on this episode. What is cycle syncing? Yes, I know it sounds like when you and your friend are syncing your cycles. But this goes far beyond that. Cycle syncing harnesses the energy and gifts from the 4 phases of your cycle and looks holistically at the 28-day cycle of a woman’s natural rhythm. It explains why I am so self-critical right before I get my period or why I feel like I’m walking on water when I’m ovulating. I talk about how I use cycle syncing with my work calendar, social calendar, exercise, and food. How do you use cycle syncing? Which phase is your fav, luteal, ovulatory, follicular, or menstrual? Send me a DM on IG @itsmesarahcohan and let me know.

This week I share listeners’ stories about magical crazy coincidental manifestation stories. I’m talking about being in the right place at the right time with the right people for a manifestation to come through. These stories cover so many different types of manifestations including a specific amount of money, buying a house out of their price range, and manifesting a job that they didn’t think would be possible. Each of these stories inspired me to keep manifesting especially when I’m doubting myself. Yes, even I doubt myself sometimes. Or I hold on to limiting beliefs about how the manifestation should come through. This world is a wild place and you can make anything you want out of it. Listen to the episode for some inspiration on manifesting the next thing on your list.

In this week’s episode, I sit down and chat with intuitive, yoga Nidra guide, farmer, and dog lover, Cathy French. I’ve been enjoying her Nidras for a long time on both Insight Timer and Attune to the Moon. In this episode, Cathy shares her work blending ancient Celtic festivals with yoga Nidra. She walks us through the eight different festivals that are part of the perennial Celtic wheel. AND she shares how she leads her students into portals. She took me to my first portal and it was mindblowing and very much not what I expected. Cathy also shares how she incorporates her spirituality into her full-time job as a secondary school teacher. Cathy focuses her teachings on communing with nature and the land and reminds us that humans are just as much a part of nature as any green space or rolling wave. I needed this reminder and I’m so grateful for this conversation.
