🔸 A part says “your crazy”, but an irritated protector doesn’t want us to go there. It then reveals an exile of helplessness. We also meet a scared part, and the exile behind “crazy” of loneliness.

And now I'm more certain than ever that calling-back to last convo, exile, is maybe the most important thing I can do. Keep holding the thread, the space for the exile, until caller is ready to take over.

🔸 Rage shows up when it's not wanted. How is it connected to the sprinter, the panic, the black hole of worthlessness? And did he have that convo with his wife?
I wanted to convey more of a blanket statement; not about what he had shared. I wanted to give the message: “In general, you can do less explaining to me and more attending to them”, in a more positive, reassuring tone.
