Self love is easy when we've got our sh*t together. Courageous, outspoken, PRODUCTIVE. Check. Check. Check.

I'm more interested in what happens when we're not at our "best." I want us to love the unlovable parts––and mean it. Not "love" the gnarly bits so they'll change. That's' not self love. That self-deception.
