Women have a vision of what a normal drinker looks like, and a lot of women, including myself, wish to be one.

My guest today is a listener of To 50 and Beyond who volunteered courageously to share her journey to sobriety with us. 

I’m honored to share the incredible Maria with you today. 

Maria is here to talk about what was happening in her life when she started drinking, and when she realized that she was not a normal drinker, and how she decided to stop drinking. 

Maria also shares a spot-on vision of what she believes a normal drinker is!

Maria will share the importance of joining a community, being vulnerable, and finding tools to help you start your a/f journey.
