This is a throwback, to episode 3 with my boy, Mark Smelly Bell.

Back then I was recording episodes onto YouTube and not on the audio, so I am going back and pulling those videos and getting the audio going as well.

Smelly and I have known one another since our early days on The ELite FTS QnA site.

We've both gone through a LOT of changes and evolutions in life but Smelly has been through much more than many know.

On the surface you see a powerlifter but once you peel back a few layers you find a once shy kid who now has the confidence to inspire and educate others by facing his fears and having a deep rooted why.

The passing of Smelly's brother, "Mad Dog" Mike Bell inspired him to step UP and do something bigger than what he ever imagined.
