1. 4-7-8 breath for anxiety and stress: Inhale for 4 counts through your nose, hold for 7 counts, and exhale through your mouth for 8
2. Waterfall meditation for raising your vibe and beating low energy: visualize a golden waterfall flowing over your whole body. Every drop is revitalizing, cleansing, and energizing.
3. Bellows breath: rapid breathing through the nose
