My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

In this week's Cosmic Weather Report, I talked about how easy it can be, with all that's happening in the world, to feel hopeless, helpless and powerless. But this week's energies are calling us to be the hope, optimism and light that the world needs right now. It seems potent that we have so much Mars energy, with Mars meeting Uranus and moving into Aries, as Mars governs the root chakra, which helps us to feel grounded, rooted and safe. Just like you may have experienced in last week's tree meditation, it's only when we feel safe and at home within ourselves that we can take action, make decisions, feel purposeful, trust our intuition, and therefore be the change and hope and optimism and light that the world needs right now. So this week, here is a prayer (you may call it an affirmation or visualisation) that you can listen to and repeat every day to help you to rest in the centre of your own power faith, hope, and optimism, and from there ripple it out into the world.❤️
