My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

This week, we move from the first quarter moon in Taurus into the Leo full moon - a beautiful invitation to lay deep, steady roots, and at the same time allow ourselves to rise, open, and shine. We also move through Imbolc at the end of the week, the cross-quarter festival that marks the first gentle shift from winter towards spring. A time when the seeds of life begin to stir beneath the soil… and within us. It’s a moment for quiet preparation, for listening inwardly, and for sensing what is ready to emerge.

So in today’s meditation, we’ll be rooting deeply into the Earth for support and stability, while also lifting into the heart - allowing your inner light to rise, expand, and gently shine as you prepare for the season ahead.. ❤️
