This beginner level yoga sequence is a vinyasa flow which is meant to link your movement with your breath. We will gently warm up with sun salutation A, and then hit a peak pose... TREE POSE. One of my faves. Tree pose is so more more than standing on one foot. It's a balancing pose which is also a hip opener. Love love love.
