【蒙特梭利小短篇 EP.35】孕期與胎教

蒙特梭利提到：從出生到 3 歲的人類，他的身心也需要是和諧與整合的，而這個整合，必須發生在生命的一開始，因為發展是堆疊在先前的發展之上。有一本重要的蒙特梭利書籍叫「生命重要的前三年」（Understanding the Human Being: The Importance of the First Three Years of Life），就在探討這個階段。

這本書的作者是 Silvana Montanaro，她是一位精神科醫師、教授，以及 AMI 蒙特梭利 0-3 歲的培訓師。書中提到從孕期到出生至 3 歲的發展，受到自然的法則在引導，人都具備自我調節與自律的能力。可是，它們卻經常因為成人的干擾而無法正常運作。
