The infertility journey can be a difficult path and is often an endurance race with sprints mixed in. This episode is less about mental health expertise, we will defer to therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals for that, and more about starting a conversation around some of the issues we see commonly in our practices. Four of the big ones that come up are:
We'll also talk about the link between the increasing stress of infertility, and stress making it harder to conceive. Additionally, Dr. Amy will mention a couple of homeopathic remedies that are useful in the infertilty space as a support to help you heal.
Dr. Kate and Dr. Amy both encourage you to take mental health as seriously as you do your physical health and we hope this episode can encourage some conversations with friends, loved ones, or mental health professionals.
