After 3 wonderful years, it is time for me to say goodbye to this podcast.
I brought on my friend Chelsea Meece for the send off so we could talk about our annual Women's Retreat, Trust Fall Into You that will be launching Fall 2022. This is an all inclusive experience to learn how to trust yourself again all while recharging your mind, body, heart, and spirit in the mountains of Buena Vista, CO. You can learn more about it and apply at our website (www.trustfallintoyou.com). We expect spots to sell out so the earlier you apply the better!
You can still find my on IG @katiepijanowski - https://www.instagram.com/katiepijanowski/ and find Chelsea @carryonchelsea - https://www.instagram.com/carryonchelsea/
Thank you to everyone who has listened in, shared, reviewed, and been apart of this wonderful experience!
The time has come to end this wonderful 3 year journey of the Mind & Body Strong Podcast.
This last episode feels bittersweet. I still remember that first episode in my apartment closet where I hit record on the voice memos of my phone and had no idea what I was doing, but a huge call in my heart to start using my voice to educate and inspire others.
The growth I have experienced and the friends I have made from this have been nothing short of amazing. But in the spirit of learning to trust my heart and soul, which we talk about in this episode, this feels like the next step to be able to open space to do the things I really want to do.
This whole podcast will still be available to listen to and below you will find where you can follow Chelsea and I to learn more about our coaching and our newest annual women's retreat, Trust Fall Into You.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who has listened in and supported me on this wild ride. I appreciate you more than you know.

All of our lives are worthy of a movie or documentary according to Trina J, a coach friend of mine who. However, our inner conflicts about being good enough or being ready come up and prevent us from shining our bright light.
That is where Trina J meets her clients when it comes building confidence on and off screen, starting with addressing that little girl in the mirror and all her past pain.
