  • Keeping a growth mindset and learning from your challenges.
  • Taking time for yourself to recharge and rejuvenate– whatever that is for YOU.
  • Staying positive and maintaining a hopeful outlook for the future.
  • Remembering that challenges are a part of life, and it's how you deal with them that matters.
