In this interview Sarah and Ashley Armstrong aka the "Strong Sistas" share their journey with mold and their experience with purchasing a farm, raising chickens and building high quality soil. Sarah shares her recovery story with mold illness and what tools she used. Ashley talks about the three pillars of regenerative agriculture and how it differs from conventional agriculture.

I ask them some listener questions about the color of egg yolks, eggshell toothpaste, aspirin, how to heal an egg allergy, and how to test your soil. This was really informative for me because I'm in the process of setting up a geodesic growing dome at my homestead.
