Remi talks about how she experienced the emotional 2 week wait, as she's waiting for her pregnancy results after her first IUI treatment. She talks about her current symptoms and Laura goes over all of the possible early pregnancy symptoms and how those can sometimes be, or be confused for, cycle symptoms too.

Laura also goes through how to optimize our cycle: how to eat, exercise and use our brains through each of the the 4 stages of the cycle, so we can better support our bodies and hormones through the shifts, whether you are trying to conceive or not.
