Why do you feel like you need to justify how much money you make?
The responsibility of your business is to make you wealthy.
There is a reason why entrepreneurs start but don't finish projects.
Does your business have insane clarity?
I recently turned down an invitation to speak with some of the biggest names in the industry.
The level in the Billionaire Code with the most members is Seeker and that is where the bulk of events in the past few years cater to.
Does where you spend your time make sense for you?
As a kid, I never really got into SciFi. However, Star Wars always held a place in my imagination.
As I started reading about more about successful people, I started seeing actual evidence of the force.

How do you compete with some of the benefits larger companies offer?
Today I met with Sterling Griffin and his COO Amber Morningstar. The day was extraordinary. We spent a full business day planning the future of LifeChanger, Sterling's company. Here are the results, reactions, and Amber and Sterling's impression of where they are going next.
The way to build a team that explodes is to hire wildly talented people. When talent is allowed to operate at maximum productivity in a company with a clear cadence and communication system, you just watch how fast businesses grow. When you see one of the people who has previously been performing well for you start struggling, instead of getting frustrated with them think about your business growth and start asking yourself if they could be overwhelmed. The problem normally lies in the process, not the person.
So few of us are conscious of the fact that we are our own biggest bottleneck. You have to figure out a way to grow your business without increasing the pain on yourself. Protect your energy, surround yourself with people who charge your batteries and don't drain them. Today I'm talking with a client and good friend of mine, Giovanni Marsico. We discuss how he has protected himself through the growth of his company.
Does exposure lead to success?
It depends on where you're at within your business. There are three questions to ask yourself before committing.
