It’s easy to get stuck in painful patterns rooted in unresolved wounds from our parents. These mother and father wounds can hold us back, keeping us from fully stepping into who we are meant to be. They impact our emotions, relationships, and even our sense of self-worth. This problem doesn’t just fade with time; it runs deep, tied to our primal instincts and childhood experiences.

But we can identify the negative emotions we feel towards our parents, reflect on the patterns we’ve internalised from them, and notice how they show up in our lives.
