Sometimes the real risk is not taking a leap - it’s staying exactly where you are…
In this episode, I sit down with John Marvin, a business leader and personal growth advocate who’s spent decades transforming companies and challenging people to think bigger. John went from working in healthcare marketing to leading a 90-year-old brand into a new era & along the way, he realised that most people aren’t stuck because of lack of opportunity… they’re stuck because of fear.
We talk about why playing it safe feels comfortable but kills growth, how to break out of mental loops that keep you small, and why you don’t need to have it all figured out to start making changes now.

Most of us hate conflict. We avoid it, tiptoe around it, and convince ourselves we’re just “keeping the peace.” But what if avoiding conflict is actually costing us more than we realise...in our relationships, our work, and even our mental health?
In this episode, I sit down with human behaviour expert and leadership coach Sacha Koffman to unpack why we avoid difficult conversations, how unresolved tension builds into resentment, and what we can do to handle conflict in a way that’s honest, healthy, and empowering.

What happens when you're told you're destined for greatness before you even hit puberty?
At the age of 12, Todd Ley was the number one junior tennis player in the world. By 17, it all came crashing down.
In this conversation, we unpack the brutal pressure of elite sport, the silent damage that can happen behind the scenes, and how chasing greatness as a kid left Todd battling addiction, identity loss, and total burnout as a man.

What would you do if you lost ten years of your life? Not to heartbreak, or failure—but to a prison cell.
I sat down with Jesse White, who spent his entire twenties locked up.
He grew up with no real chance… lost his dad at 3, his mum was addicted to heroin and by 19, he was behind bars.
What really stood out wasn’t just what he went through, but how incredibly honest he is about all of it… the anger, the pain, the self-doubt—and what it actually took to rebuild his life from scratch.
He is now running his own business, mentoring kids, and doing everything they said he’d never do.
This episode is raw. It’s confronting. And if you’ve ever felt stuck or like you were too far gone to change… I think you’ll take something from this.
TOPICS:
- Surviving and mentally navigating prison
- Rebuilding life after incarceration
- Turning pain into purpose through discipline and service

What if the life you want is already trying to find you—& all you need to do is get out of your own way?
In this episode, I sit down with Julie-Anne Lee, a transformation coach, spiritual guide, and founder of the ALLOW method. We talk about what it really takes to live a life that feels good on the inside, not just one that looks good from the outside.
Julie-Anne spent years chasing external success before realizing that peace of mind & purpose don’t come from proving your worth—they come from remembering it. We dive deep into the patterns that keep high achievers stuck, why people-pleasing is actually a form of control, and how to reconnect with yourself when your mind is just too loud.

What if the life you want is hiding behind the excuses you keep making?
In this episode, I sit down with Ngo Okafor - who is a two-time Golden Gloves champion and founder of Iconoclast Fitness in NYC. He shares the truth about what it actually takes to transform your body, your mindset, and your life.
Ngo didn’t start boxing until age 31. He built his dream gym from scratch while training clients 14 hours a day and raising a family. But what sets him apart isn’t talent—it’s discipline. Relentless, unshakeable discipline.
We talk about why most people say they want to change, but never do, how to break out of toxic habits and mental loops and why starting small, staying consistent, and getting honest with yourself is the only real way forward.
If you’ve ever said “I don’t have time” or “I’ll start tomorrow”—this episode will challenge you to take a hard look in the mirror…and finally start showing up for the life you say you want.

What if your breaking point was actually your turning point?
In this episode, I sit down with Congressman Adam Smith—a sitting U.S. politician—who opens up about his battle with crippling anxiety, chronic pain, and the brutal identity loss that came with it.
For years, Adam looked like he had it all together. But behind the scenes, he was barely holding on.
We talk about what it really feels like to lose control, why high-achievers often suffer in silence, and how to start rebuilding your confidence when it feels like everything’s falling apart.
Adam shares the exact mindset shifts and daily actions that helped him go from panic to purpose—and why the people around you are everything.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, scared, or like you’re pretending to be okay when you’re not—this conversation will hit home…and more importantly, it will give you a way forward.
