Hey lovely, this one is a little different.
I have been in business for 11 years, and one of the most common things women tell me is that they feel lonely. Building an online business can quietly become an isolating life, especially when whole days pass without a proper conversation with another adult.
In this episode I unpack something that has been sitting on my heart. Everybody wants a village, but no one is prepared to be a villager.
I share why the R in the F.R.E.S.H FRAMEWORK® (Relationships) is one of the biggest levers for your mental well-being, your nervous system and your business. I talk about the real cost of the friendships and community you actually want, and why being a villager sometimes means being inconvenienced, tired, or generous with your time when you would rather not.
I also share two stories I did not plan to tell. A family friend who came to our house every Friday to pray with us while my dad was dying of cancer. And a man from our church who saw my mum and me arguing in a car park and quietly offered to teach me to drive, then went on to teach my husband Karl too.
These are the villagers I never forgot.
If you want a village, it starts with you. Grab a journal, write down one person you want to be in better relationship with, and ask what you can do for them this week.
Come and tell me what came up for you at @tracyharrisco.

Entrepreneurial wellness doesn't get spoken about enough, and it should, because you are the person leading your business. If you're not well, you can't enjoy the fruits of it, and you're not really free.
In this episode, I sit down with one of my longtime mentees, Angela Dickson of Beauty Business Co, for her third appearance on the podcast. And wow, how her life has changed.
Angela shares the defining moment she had around New Year, when she felt a clear invitation to go for more, along with the words she heard in her spirit that told her it was time. We talk about what that decision has cost her, what it's made space for, and why her health became the anchor for all of it.
We get into:
This one is all about beingness. Because at any moment, we get to redefine how we are being.
Come say hi to Angela at beautybusinessco.com.au and @beautybusinessco_ on Instagram.

Frameworks are having a moment on Instagram. Every creator has a signature five step method, a proprietary process, a named formula. And as someone who teaches business owners how to build their own IP, I love it.
But I need to talk about the cost of getting this wrong.
I recently reviewed a mentee's brand new sales page. She has decades of experience in her field. She is a genuine expert. And her sales page read like she had swallowed a copywriting textbook. The magic was gone. Her voice was gone. The oomph was gone.
This is happening more and more. Women losing themselves in an attempt to "do it right". Rigid, formula led sales pages. Cookie cutter webinars. Instagram captions that could have been written by anyone.
In this episode I share:
This one is for the coaches, the course creators, the practitioners and the creatives who want to launch and lead with clarity.

I don't talk enough about this, and it is time I did.
So many of the women in this community right now, incredibly bright, capable, successful women, are quietly feeling flat. Exhausted. Confused about what is next. They are in a new season of motherhood, womanhood, or business, and the old version of their life does not quite fit anymore.
In this episode, I want to give real air time to the in between season. The season where you have come to clarity about what you no longer want to do or who you no longer want to be, but you are not yet sure what is next.
I share the conversation I had in Bali this week with a friend who just closed her business (and why my first response to her was congratulations). I talk about how I have reinvented myself over 11 years of business, the time I cut 11 revenue streams in one go, and why I do not believe the version of me today is the version I will be forever.
We talk about why change feels scary, why you cannot build an extraordinary life thinking in a mediocre way, and why the season you feel least worthy of investing in support is actually the season you need it the most.
This is a podcast and community for freedom makers. The number one thing keeping us stuck from freedom is ourselves.
You are made to evolve.

Nakita Attard Vassallo is an author, the founder of The Mama Manual and the creator of the Freezer Meals Club. She has been inside Freedom Filled® Business Mentorship for two years, and watching her grow has been one of my favourite things to witness.
In this episode we talk about Nakita's nine year journey of building a business online, her very first webinar launch, and the 93% to 96% retention rate her membership holds (yes, really).
We also unpack the F.R.E.S.H FRAMEWORK®, what living a life you are genuinely proud of actually looks like in real life, and what a Freedom Filled® business gets to feel like when you design it for yourself.
If you are a coach, course creator, practitioner, creative or digital service provider who is helping people but has not yet built something scalable, this one is your nudge. The system exists. The support exists. You just have to be willing to begin.

I had an $800,000 revenue launch and I did not tell anyone about it. I felt like a knob. I thought about the people in my world who would take ten years, or a lifetime, to make that kind of number, and I stayed quiet. I am not staying quiet anymore, because the how of that launch is exactly what you need to hear.
It was a waitlist-only launch. No webinar. No masterclass. No challenge. No endless reels. Just a curated list of right-fit women who raised their hand long before the doors opened.
In this episode I am walking you through the shift almost no one is making. Your waitlist is not a holding pen. It is not a notification setting. It is an offer, with its own promise, its own positioning, and its own promotional energy.
You will hear the mistake I see brilliant women make on Instagram every launch season, the one honest question you need to answer before you promote your list, and the real incentives that turn a passive list into a warm room ready to say yes.
I share what the waitlist tells you about your pricing, your messaging, and your bonuses long before you write your sales page. And I share why the businesses growing the fastest right now are not the loudest ones.
This is for coaches, course creators, practitioners, creatives, and digital service providers who are ready to launch smarter, not louder.

What happens when a brilliant 1:1 coach realises she is booked out, capped, and ready for a different way to build?
This week I am talking to Claire Abbott, a competition coach for pole dancing athletes based in Perth, with 15 years in the sport. Claire helps her athletes train, perform, and win, working on structure, musicality, mindset, and stage presence.
But this conversation is not really about pole sports.
It is about coaching.
It is about the quiet ceiling that hits every brilliant 1:1 coach, practitioner, or creative eventually. The fully booked diary. The capped income. The impact that cannot grow past your calendar.
Claire and I unpack how she made the decision to take what she does best online, build a one-to-many container that still feels personal, and step into a more Freedom Filled® way of running her business.
If you are a coach, a course creator, a practitioner, or a creative who is brilliant at what you do and ready to scale your impact without burning out, this one is for you.
Come and apply for Freedom Filled® Business Mentorship at tracyharris.co/apply. There is a place in there for coaches in every niche.

There is a version of "being authentic" on social media that is quietly costing women business owners their sales, their authority, and their ability to lead their community well.
And almost no one is naming it.
In this episode, I unpack the difference between strategic storytelling that serves your audience and the kind of oversharing that just serves you. I share the 2016 season where authenticity became my word of the year, the Brene Brown moment that cracked me open, and my own honest confessions about the vulnerability hangovers I have had along the way.
I lean on two of my favourite teachers, Dale Carnegie's 'How to Win Friends and Influence People' and Arnold Schwarzenegger's 'Be Useful', to show you why your audience is not following you for your problems, they are following you for theirs.
Then I walk you through the exact 5-question filter I run every piece of storytelling content through before it goes anywhere near my Instagram, my emails, or my podcast. This is the same checklist my neurodivergent mentees tell me they love, because there is nothing to read between the lines.
If you are a coach, a course creator, a practitioner, a creative or a digital service provider and you have been wondering why kind comments are not turning into customers, this episode is for you.
Take a listen, then come tell me what shifted.

Have you ever had a massive creative surge, taken bold aligned action, and then a week later found yourself in a total funk?
You're not broken. You're not regressing. The pendulum just swung.
In this episode, I'm sharing a concept I recently unpacked with a high-level private client: polarity. The entire universe is built on opposites. Night and day. Summer and winter. High tide and low. And your business journey is no different.
The problem isn't that the low comes. The problem is that we make big decisions from it.
In this episode you'll learn:
This is a short, punchy episode with a perspective that I genuinely believe will change the way you experience the hard seasons in your business.
