Did you know that some of the top CEOS, innovators and artists in the world have ADHD?
When I was 5 years old, I was diagnosed with ADD and anxiety straight off the bat. But only recently have I learnt that my anxiety is a symptom of my ADHD. And so many things I thought were just quirks (I’m looking at you clumsiness, forgetfulness & always being late) were manifestations of ADHD.
Science has come a lot further in this field, especially how ADHD shows in women so I wanted to sit down and chat with you guys about how I was diagnosed, how it has impacted my life (both good and bad) and what I’m doing now to ease the noise in my head. 😮💨
This has been one of my most highly requested topics and I feel like after this episode, everything I do is going to make so much more sense to you guys!
You’ll hear:
✨ Why ADHD has been a blessing in some ways
✨ Tips on how you can ease your symptoms
✨ Why it could be your ADHD and NOT just your hormones after having kids
✨ Ways to help manage your forgetfulness at work
