In fact, you shouldn’t fetch food from the kitchen without having a bit of protein, too. EVER. Yep, you’ve got to eat PROTEIN AT EVERY MEAL.
But why?
Protein breaks down into the 9 essential amino acids, which are the building blocks of your body.
Without protein, you’d have limp muscles, no connective tissue, no cartilage, no joints…
But even more than that, without enough protein, you’ll struggle to produce neurotransmitters like serotonin or dopamine. You literally can’t be happy or feel pleasure without protein.
