In a special bonus episode, Dave talks with Sam Hebert about his Hyrox experience and his transition over to Hybrid from OCR. This interview was recorded shortly after Sam's debut in Hyrox, but we thought it was lost to the tech grave yard. Luckily we managed to find and resurrect it. All that said, this interview was worth the wait as Sam is one of the best in terms of his athleticism and as a person.
