Jack has caught a wide range of reactions to his work helping Spartan select their Pro roster, and even though we are joking around, some people are sincerely upset with how the selection process has worked out for them. Jack lets us know how all the math works and why its not his fault if you are not on the squad. And of course, we get into some Hybrid racing talk and Jack's race plans for 2022.

OFX EPISODE 59: 2022 HYROX WOMENS CHAMP LAUREN WEEKS Lauren Weeks is officially winning for two. In one of the most amazing efforts we have ever seen, Lauren at 3 months pregnant and recovering from Covid managed to win the North American Hyrox championship over a stacked Women's field. She tells us all about it, and make sure you listen to the very end for the unplanned gender reveal. :)

OFX EPISODE 58: HYROX US CHAMPIONSHIP 2022 PREVIEW SHOW. The mad scientist of Hyrox training and OFX team member, Dylan Scott, is back on the show to tell us what we need to know about this weekend's upcoming U.S. championship in Chicago.
